JR. BAKESHOP ASSISTANT (Commissary Production Staff)
Responsible for preparing food products according to food safety and quality standards.
1.Performs activities related to the production of cakes at the assigned station as prescribed in the recipe book:
a.Conducts mise en place and prepares materials to be used.
b.Uses equipment and tools, as prescribed.
c.Conducts inspections and quality checks on items before they are forwarded to the next station.
2.Forwards processed items to the next station with appropriate tagging as needed.
3.Records work orders in a log sheet in a timely manner.
4.Maintains personal hygiene and the cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned work area, tools, and equipment according to GMP, 5S and company standards.
5.Monitors ingredients inventory.
6.Alerts supervisor or QC on any stocks deficiencies, deviation from quality standards, or issues with tools or equipment.
7.Attends and conducts meetings (e.g., shift or mapping), as needed.
8.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
1.Completion of at least two years of studies in college or 2 years vocational course
(Food-related courses are preferred)
2.Basic knowledge in Baking methods, ingredients, and equipment
3.Basic knowledge in Food Preparation, Food Safety and 5S Principles
4.Flexible, can work on shifting schedule; graveryard shift, during weekends, holidays and on extended hours
5.Without allergies on food
6.Willing to be assigned in FTI Taguig (New Arca South)
