We do not customize cakes for events. Cake inscription is not possible for any cakes, but we offer a cute edible cake topper for 70 php only or a greeting card for 15 php only.

Hi. Conti’s products on GrabFood app are updated in real time. If products are already grayed out in the app, more likely, that the stocks in the store are sold out or just enough to cover the current customers inside the store. Thank you and hope to serve you soon.

Can I use my Contis GCs to pay for delivery?

GCs as a mode of payment can only be possible for pick-up/take-out and dine-in transactions as we need to validate and encode the GC's serial number in real time to our POS. Thank you.

Senior Discounts

We honor the Senior Citizen discount.

Senior Citizen shall be entitled to the grant of 20% discount and VAT-exemption on the purchase of certain goods and services from all establishments for their exclusive use, enjoyment, or availment; with the "exclusive use".

For example, the whole cake Mango Bravo shall be divided into its standard portion which is 12 slices for the appreciation and enjoyment of the senior. Our Mango Bravo cake slice is at P215. Thus, the amount discountable is P215.

Please provide your Senior information upon Check out or as soon as our Sales associates validate your order.

The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. Delivery Fee

Our online ordering is open 24hrs and validation of orders will be from 7 AM-9 PM. Kindly place your order at least 3 hours in advance prior to your desired delivery time.

Effective December 1, 2023 the standard delivery rate is now at Php 105 delivery charge up to 5 kilometers. There is an additional charge of Php 25 for every succeeding kilometer. The maximum delivery distance is now at 12 kilometers across all stores.


You can also find us on GrabFood and FoodPanda. This service is available within a 4 KM radius of the operating store.

We only deliver within Metro Manila and some areas of Sta. Rosa Laguna, Bacoor Cavite, Bulacan.

Out of the Country Orders

You may place your order at our website, enter the order type if pickup or delivery, and the corresponding date and time.

An email confirmation of your order will be sent to you.  Once confirmed, you will then receive the payment instructions. Visa and Mastercard and E-wallet are accepted.

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Hopefully, this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our delivery riders work independently to deliver your food, we’ll figure this out together!

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically deliver within 30 minutes depending on the food being ordered.   You will receive your order in one (1) hour. Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

How do I track my order?

We update the status of your order and you should receive a separate email providing the status of your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

How to pay online?

Payment are automatically processed by our system if you selected iPay88 payment method.  

If you choose our manual payments like Cash or Bank Transfer, it will only be processed once orders have been validated by our Sales Associate.  We will send the payment details once orders have been validated.
