FOR DECEMBER 31, 2024 ORDERS
1. We desire to serve you best. Please pick up your order ON THE AGREED PICK-UP TIME. Approximate waiting time starts upon arrival or pick-up time, whichever comes later.
9:00am-11:00am 30 mins
11:00am-2:00pm 30 to 45 mins
2:00pm-5:00pm 45 mins to 1 hour
2. We have sumptuous EASY-TO-PREPARE Frozen Entrée.
3. Confirmation of orders:
For cooked food orders, confirmation of order is upon full or 50% down payment.
We require confirmation of payment before the cut-off date:
December 31st order: December 28, 2:00 pm
For cake reservations, payment is made upon pick up only until 3 pm. Otherwise, the cake reservation will be automatically canceled.
4. Order adjustment or cancellation: Please let us know 3 days before the pick-up/delivery date. Otherwise, the 50% down payment will be forfeited.
5. Kindly take note of the following items:
Baked Salmon – sidings are served chilled & in a separate container
Beef Salpicao – sidings are served chilled & in a separate container
Salmon Salpicao – sidings are served chilled & in a separate container
Fresh Lumpiang Ubod –served chilled
6. Please bring the following upon PICK-UP:
Hard copy of order form with signed conforme.
Payment slip of order form with same reference number.
If a representative will pick up the order, kindly bring the ff:
authorized letter signed by the customer
valid ID of the customer
valid ID of the representative
DELIVERY FEE
An email confirmation of your order will be sent to you. Once confirmed, you will then receive the payment instructions. Visa and Mastercard and E-wallet are accepted.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE AN ORDER TO RECEIVE
We typically deliver within 30 minutes depending on the food being ordered. You will receive your order in one (1) hour. Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.
UNRECEIVED DELIVERY ORDERS
Hopefully, this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our delivery riders work independently to deliver your food, we’ll figure this out together!
If your order status has been marked delivered but you didn't receive your order, please go to our website and talk to our Live Chat Representative. You can also call to our Hotline 8580-8888 or e-mail us at wecare@contis.ph.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
We update the status of your order and you should receive a separate email providing the status of your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
You can also enter your Order Number on our Live Chat box or login to your account to know the status of your order.
REFUND POLICY
It is our desire to delight our customers by providing high-quality products. If you have received a faulty product, we apologize. Please contact our customer service immediately and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Kindly have your transaction details ready for verification. Please understand that we can only accommodate complaints within 24 hours from the time of the transaction.
RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation may be done one (1) day before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Otherwise, the 50% down payment will be forfeited.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We apologize but no returns or exchanges are permitted for our food items under any circumstances.
DISCOUNTS
We honor Senior Citizen discount.
Senior Citizen shall be entitled to the grant of 20% discount and VAT-exemption on the purchase of certain goods and services from all establishments for their exclusive use, enjoyment or availment; with the "exclusive use".
For example, whole cake Mango Bravo shall be divided to its standard portion which is 12 slices for the appreciation and enjoyment of the senior. Our Mango Bravo cake slice is at P215. Thus, the amount discountable is P215.
